3. Return Conditions
3.1 General Requirements
For a full refund, products must be:
- Unopened and in original sealed packaging
- In resalable condition
- Returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
3.2 Opened Products
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used dietary supplements. If you have opened the product, we may be unable to offer a refund unless the product is defective or not as described.
3.3 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

4.2 Return Shipping
For standard returns (change of mind), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
